All conditions have been created for the comfortable and efficient work of 772 employees in the new administrative building. A conference hall, as well as work and meeting rooms, equipped with modern multimedia tools, has been created here for holding various events.

The building consists of five independent cube-shaped buildings connected to a central circular core, each cube with five office floors, uniquely separated from the neighboring cube above by a column-free outdoor garden terrace. In addition, each floor rotates 1.2 degrees relative to the next floor below, resulting in a total rotation effect of 40 degrees from bottom to top.

It was noted that the construction team designed an innovative solution, using steel trusses under each cube to transfer loads from reinforced concrete columns and perimeter beams to the building core. The design of the building was awarded the “Excellence in Civil Engineering” and “Merit” awards in the USA in 2020.

It should be noted that the new administrative building of the Ministry of Economy, which has become a large construction square, is one of the most beautiful and modern cities in the world, creating harmony with the architecture and modernity of Baku, making our capital even more beautiful.
