About the project

The new building of the State Service of Property Issues under the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan has already been put into use.

It was reported that the building was designed in a modern and postmodern style and has a complex structural structure. The building with a height of 125 meters consists of 33 floors. Each floor of the building, whose load-bearing structures are resistant to a 9-point earthquake, rotates 2.65 degrees relative to the other floor, and as a result, the facade plane creates a 90-degree torsion effect.

Another remarkable aspect of the building is that the podium floor is built in the shape of a map of Azerbaijan when viewed from above and is surrounded by the “Caspian Sea” decorative pool from the east side. All conditions for the work of 537 employees have been created in the building, which consists of 254 rooms. The building has conference and meeting halls equipped with modern multimedia facilities, as well as meeting rooms for various purposes, and canteens. A Control Center has been established to ensure indoor microclimate, regulate efficient energy consumption, manage lighting, firefighting and security systems, and regulate engineering and technical systems during emergency situations. As it can be seen, in addition to the integration of modern challenges in the construction of the new building into the infrastructure of our capital, all conditions have been created for the staff to work more efficiently.

Let’s also note that the name of this project is “Property Tower Baku”.
